惹味排骨


上次打邊爐,

表弟婦攞咗兩包排骨嚟,

佢話買錯咗,

大大舊骨唔知係乜野排骨嚟喎,

佢唔識煮就拎過嚟送比我,

當其時因為啲排骨冰硬咗,


成包硬實實我都認唔出嚟,

今日拎出嚟解凍,

唓!

咪係腩排有骨嗰部份囉!






今次用咗呢隻現成摩洛哥香料將排骨醃2小時,

然後入預熱 180C 焗爐焗 25 分鐘, 其間要反轉,

大老爺一入屋,

就問乜野咁香呀!
