燒排骨


喺肉佬買嘅排骨好大條,

太長,

焗盆擺唔落,

我要斬開一半去焗!

材料:
排骨一條

醃料:
茄汁 2 湯匙
BBQ 汁1 湯匙
酸梅醬1湯匙
紹酒1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
蔴由少許


做法:
排骨用醃料醃4小時
入預熱 200C 焗爐焗 25 分鐘即成
