椰香咖哩燒雞

材料:
大雞髀4隻


醃料:
椰汁1罐,
咖哩粉1湯匙,
鹽2茶匙
糖4茶匙
青檸2隻,搾汁,皮蘑茸


做法:
雞髀用醃料醃過夜
預熱焗爐 180C, 將雞髀上啲醃料盡量抹除,
將雞髀入爐焗約 40 分鐘至熟即成!
