上次去買餸時大老爺話要食豬軟骨,
咁炆啲比佢儲糧嘞!
材料:
豬軟骨 1kg
枝竹半包
薑三片
蒜4粒
冰糖一粒
香料包:
花椒1湯匙
八角2粒
桂皮一塊
香葉2片
草果2粒
醬料:
柱侯醬1湯匙
磨豉醬半湯匙
韓國辣醬 / 豆辦醬半湯匙
蠔油1湯匙
水3湯匙
調味料:
生抽1湯匙
鹽1茶匙
老抽1茶匙
紹酒2湯匙
做法:
豬軟骨斬件
枝竹浸軟切段
燒熱鑊,下少許油,將豬軟骨煎到兩面金黃,加入薑蒜爆香
加入醬料爆炒片刻,
加入過面水,冰糖,香料包,調味料,慢火炆1 1/2 小時,
加入枝竹再炆半小時至腍即成
加咗支竹,特別好味道架!
