二少爺又話要食雞胸肉減肥,
仲話要自己煮,
等我拎咗塊雞胸肉出嚟解凍,
佢又去咗美少女度,
橫掂我餐飯餸未有著落,
就用咗塊雞肉先嘞!
雞胸肉一塊切件
雞髀菇一包切厚片
紅甜椒半隻切塊
蒜頭2粒
薑2片
調味料:
蠔油1 湯匙
生抽半湯匙
糖半茶匙
做法:
雞肉用生抽 1 湯匙, 少許老抽, 绍酒, 油略醃
燒紅鑊, 下油, 將雞肉炒熟, 取出待用
另起鑊爆香薑片, 蒜頭, 将雞髀菇落鑊兜炒片刻, 加入红甜椒兜勻, 贊酒,
加入1/3 杯水, 調味料兜勻, 煮至滚, 兜炒片刻,
将雞肉回鑊兜勻即可上碟
我咁早到,有得食.
