行 Costco 有好多試食,
食過佢嘅 Buffalo wings 好好味,
隔離屋沙莉問個汁點整,
等我返去研究下先!
今次無用雞翼,
用咗雞髀肉整,
就奶奶唔敢整太辣,
個汁好正,
全家大讃!
材料:
雞髀肉2塊切大件
醃料:
蒜蓉辣椒醬 1.5 湯匙
甜椒粉 paprika 2 茶匙
黑椒粉
鹽半茶匙
酒1湯匙
橄欖油 2 湯匙
做法:
将所有醃料拌勻
雞肉用醃料醃起碼2小時以上
入預熱 200C 焗爐, 每面焗7分鐘即成
