香辣蜜糖雞翼


呢輪天氣好熱,

今日又話氣温會高達 38C, 

咁熱都唔想企喺廚房煮餸,

咁煮呢個 連汁帶料,

一盆過放入焗爐,

快靚正!



材料:
雞中翼 1kg


醃料:
3 湯匙生抽
2湯匙茄汁
2湯匙蜜糖
1湯匙紹酒
1湯匙豆辦醬
2粒蒜頭剁蓉
1/4 茶匙五香粉


做法:
雞翼用醃料醃起碼2小時
將雞翼連醃料倒入焗盆中
入預熱 200C 焗爐焗 30 分鐘, 期間要反轉
