肉骨茶


上一次去買餸,

已經買好哂肉,

比哂錢正準備走人,

肉佬忽然話豬尾骨兩塊六蚊,

平喎!

咁又順手買埋嘞!




我鍾意當歸味,

加多一舊當歸落去煲


呢度係1塊豬尾骨,

3蚊真係抵


以前有個馬來亞朋友教我落埋東菇, 原隻蒜頭一齊煲


唔鍾意啲湯太深色,

無跟包裝指示落老抽呀!

  6. 呢隻牌子肉骨茶係幾好味!

    我初初都無原個蒜頭落,覺得唔多衛生,後尾我一個大馬華僑 friend 話咁樣可以有蒜頭甜味,但又唔會好濃蒜味。
