初來步到墨市時,
時常幫襯一間唐餐館,
佢地嘅炸醤麵同在港時食嘅唔同,
但係啲少爺就好鍾意食,
咁我食時認住啲味道,
自己摸索煮番個醬汁出嚟,
啲少爺話好味道,
拔!
唔知點解後來呢個炸醤喺易家絕蹟!
今日忽然心思思想再回味呢個炸醬,
只可惜屋企無唐人麵,
只好用長通粉代替!
材料:
雞髀肉2塊切粒
番茄3隻去籽切粒
青椒1隻切粒
紅蘿蔔1隻切粒
白菌4隻切粒
蔥1條切粒
汁料:
磨豉醬1湯匙
海鮮醬1.5湯匙
茄汁3湯匙
鎮江醋1湯匙
糖3湯匙
鹽半茶匙
水2抔
蔴油1湯匙
呢個醬好o岩我喎。
