攞錯咗包 beef ribs 出嚟解凍,
將錯就錯,
用咗 beef ribs 嚟煮 tagine.
材料﹕
beef ribs 1kg
薯仔3隻去皮切件
番茄2隻切粒
洋葱1隻切粒
蒜頭兩粒剁蓉
摩洛哥調味粉3茶匙
鹽 1.5 茶匙
水半杯
做法﹕
牛肉用2茶匙摩洛哥調味粉, 1 茶匙鹽拌勻, 醃约2小時
燒熱 tagine 鍋, 噴油, 轉慢火, 將洋葱, 蒜蓉爆香,
薯仔用 1 茶匙摩洛哥調味粉, 半茶匙鹽拌勻,
將薯仔排放在面,
灑下香草碎 ( 我用咗 basil )
加入半杯水
慢火炆煮 1.5 小時即成
