材料:
蘑菇6隻切片
雞髀肉 2 塊切件
红洋葱 1 隻切粒
蒜頭 2 粒剁蓉
白酒 1 杯
水 1 杯
米 2 杯半
thyme 適量
做法﹕
燒紅鑄鐵煲, 下少許油, 較慢火, 爆香蒜頭洋葱
加入蘑菇片, 兜炒至轉色
將雞肉用鹽, 黑椒粉略醃,
加入兜炒片刻
將米, 白酒, 水加入兜勻,
將香草加入,
用中慢火煮至滾,
煮至開始收乾水份,
上蓋,
用慢火再煮 13 分鐘即成
色香味全!
