椰汁馬豆糕


住咗十年嘅租客搬走咗,

大老爺決定装修間屋先再租出去,

朋友話同佢新居裝修師傅手工唔錯,

咁我地去朋友屋企參觀下,

帶咗馬豆糕做拌手礼!

材料:
馬豆 100g
椰汁 1 罐 400ml
粟粉 170g
奶 1 杯
清水 3 杯
糖 300g

做法﹕
馬豆洗淨, 用水煮腍 ( 约 30 分鐘 ), 隔乾水份
粟粉加鲜奶, 椰汁拌勻
3 杯水加糖, 馬豆同煮至糖溶
粟粉混合料搞勻, 慢慢倒入糖水中, 用慢火邊倒邊搞勻,
煮至粉漿杰身至漿糊狀,
熄火, 將粉漿倒入糕模中, 待涼, 放入雪櫃雪凍即成
