惹味燒雞


過年都係要食隻雞先似樣,

不過呢度啲雞真係無乜味,

為有靠調味嚟補佢嘅不足!


材料﹕
雞1隻 1.8kg

醃料﹕
紹酒 3 湯匙
老抽 2 湯匙
鹽 1.5 茶匙
孜然粉 1/2 茶匙
五香粉 半茶匙
辣椒粉半茶匙
芫荽粉半茶匙


做法﹕
用醃料將雞醃四小時,
入預熱 180C 焗爐每面焗 25分鐘即成
