都唔知煮乜餸好,
去冷宮㝷寶,
摷到乜就煮乜啦,
第一手就掘到包豬扒,
加上雪櫃仲有幾隻番茄,
咁今晚餐餸有著落嘞!
材料:
豬扒6塊
洋蔥1隻切條
番茄4隻切件
醃料:
蒜粉,洋蔥粉各一茶匙
鹽半茶匙
生抽1湯匙
喼汁半湯匙
橄欖油
汁料:
茄汁3湯匙
醋半湯匙
糖1湯匙
鹽半茶匙
水 3/4 杯
做法:
豬扒用醃料醃約2小時, 然後落鑊煎熟,取出待用
起鑊,爆香洋蔥,加入番茄及汁料,煮至番茄腍及汁液濃稠,
將豬扒回鑊,兜勻上碟
