今晚人齊食飯,
人多食飯咁我就可以烤羊腿食嘞,
呢隻羊腿 2,7kg,
size 啱啱好,
食西餐當然唔少得沙律和焗薯啦!
醃料﹕
蒜頭 3 粒剁蓉
薑蓉 2 茶匙
新鲜 rosemary 碎 1 湯匙
生抽 3 湯匙
喼汁 1 湯匙
鹽 1/2 茶匙
黑椒粉
芥末醬 1 湯匙
橄欖油 3 湯匙
做法﹕
羊腿用醃料醃4小時以上
入預熱 200C 焗爐焗 20 分鐘, 再轉 180C 焗 1小時45分鐘,
取出, 用錫纸蓋著靜置 20 分鐘先可切片
焗香草南瓜, 薯仔, 翠玉瓜
大大盆沙律菜
