貪蝴蝶粉做形可愛,
用咗半包嚟整 pasta salad,
呢日得兩老食飯,
咁煮埋嗰半包粉嚟食嘞
材料﹕
蝴蝶粉半包
吞拿魚一罐 180g
light cream 1杯
檸檬皮蓉1湯匙
洋葱半隻切粒
蒜頭2粒剁蓉
烟肉粒1/4杯
白酒1/4 杯
thyme 1湯匙
做法﹕
燒红鑊, 下油, 爆香洋葱, 蒜蓉, 烟肉, 香草
加入白酒,
煮至汁液收乾
加入 cream, 檸皮蓉,
煮至杰身,
鹽調味
將蝴蝶粉及吞拿魚加入拌勻,
即可上碟
蝴蝶粉個樣真係幾靚喎。
