大熱天時,
都唔知煮乜野好,
喺雪櫃尋寶,
拎咗一樽二樽醬出嚟,

不如煮啲酸酸甜甜辣味雞翼,
夠開胃嘛!

材料﹕
雞中翼 1 kg
汁料﹕
茄汁 2 湯匙
蜜糖 2 湯匙
蒜蓉辣椒醬 2 湯匙
生抽 1 湯匙
鹽半茶匙
五香粉 半 茶匙
水2湯匙
紹酒1湯匙
做法﹕
燒红鑊, 不用下油, 將雞翼煎至兩面金黄,
加入汁料, 上蓋, 用慢火煮至汁液收乾即成
