買咗牛腩,
再買埋蘿蔔,
整煲清湯腩食下先!
材料:
牛腩 1kg
蘿蔔1隻
湯料:
葱1條
薑三片
八角2粒
草果2粒
花椒一湯匙
香葉2片
上湯1 罐 ( or 雞粉2茶匙 )
做法:
牛腩盡量切去肥膏, 出水待用
將湯料加入適量水份, 煮至滚,
将牛腩放入, 慢火煮 1.5 小時至腍
將蘿蔔加入, 鹽調味, 再煮 30 分鐘,
将牛腩取出切件, 排放深碟中,
將蘿蔔取出放碟邊, 加入湯汁即成
清湯腩正呀! 不過我家老少爺都麻麻, 佢哋要食炆既.
