椒鹽雞扒

學校假期又開始嘞!

做學生哥真爽,

返 8-10 星期學就放2個星期假,

讀書一啲都唔辛苦!


材料:
雞髀肉2塊切大件
椒鹽粉1茶匙
蒜頭2粒剁蓉
葱一條切粒
辣椒一隻切粒,
生粉3湯匙


做法:
雞髀肉用 3/4 茶匙椒鹽粉, 绍酒1湯匙醃約2小時
雞肉上生粉,
落鑊半煎炸至兩面金黃, 取出待用
另起鑊爆香料頭, 將雞肉回鑊, 灑下剩下椒鹽粉, 兜勻上碟
