咖喱牛肋骨
諗唔到煮乜野餸,
煮大老爺最鍾意嘅咖喱包無撞板!
材料 :
牛肋骨 1.5kg
洋葱 1 隻切粒
蒜頭 2 粒剁蓉
咖喱粉 2 湯匙
番茄粒1罐
做法:
牛肋骨出水備用
燒紅鑄鐵煲, 下油, 轉慢火, 爆香洋葱, 蒜蓉
将咖喱粉加入兜炒片刻
将牛肋骨加入兜炒片刻
加入番茄, 過面水, 上蓋, 炆煮牛肋骨至腍,
鹽調味
