無食過香港出名嘅土匪雞翼,
見肥媽整要油炸,
大家都知我最怕炸野,
梗係改為焗啦!
淨用孜然粉我覺得欠咗啲味,
咁又加咗其他調味料!
材料:
雞全翼 10 隻, 切開
調味料:
孜然粉1茶匙
芫荽子粉1茶匙
蒜粉1茶匙
辣椒粉半茶匙
酒1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
鹽半茶
糖半茶匙
生粉3湯匙後下
做法:
雞翼用調味料醃起碼2小時
臨煮前用生粉拌勻
入預熱 200C 焗爐每面焗 10 分鐘即成
