蘿蔔炆雞球
見到啲蘿蔔幾靚,
買隻返嚟炆雞
材料:
蘿蔔一隻去皮切塊
雞髀肉 3塊切件
薑2片
蒜頭2粒
蔥段
冰糖1小塊
汁料:
磨豉醬1湯匙
豆辦醬半湯匙
糖1茶匙
生抽1湯匙
老抽1茶匙
做法:
雞肉先用鹽, 胡椒粉, 紹酒略醃
燒红鑊, 下油, 爆香薑, 蔥, 蒜
将雞肉加入爆炒片刻,
加入汁料兜炒片刻,
加入蘿蔔, 一杯水,
用小火炆煮蘿蔔至腍, ( 試味 )
