中式豬扒
驚啲豬扒唔腍會比人咋型,
一於攞個鬆肉槌出嚟當佢係仇人咁槌,
效果....
梗係掂啦,
啲豬扒夠腍,
但係...
個砧板就遭殃啦!
材料:
豬扒1kg
洋葱1 隻切條
醃料:
生抽1湯匙
老抽 1 茶匙
喼汁1茶匙
蒜鹽1茶匙
紹酒1湯匙
黑椒粉
油
汁料:
茄汁 1.5 湯匙
糖 1 湯匙
鎮江醋半湯匙
生抽1湯匙
喼汁1茶匙
水加汁料至一杯
做法:
豬扒用醃料醃起碼2小時
将豬扒煎熟待用
起鑊爆香洋蔥, 加入汁料煮滚, 埋薄獻, 将豬扒回鑊兜勻即成
