呢隻雞大到吖!
2.6kg 呀,
咁大隻雞,
拎去焗驚佢會焗燶都未熟,
所以一半時間焗盆加水,
再用錫纸蓋著蒸焗,
焗2個鐘都係緊緊熟咋!
醃料:
鹽2茶匙
糖半茶匙
蒜粉1茶匙
洋蔥粉1茶匙
红椒粉1茶匙
五香粉半茶匙
檸檬皮蓉1湯匙
做法:
雞用醃料醃起碼四小時或過夜
預熱焗爐 180c,
將架放入焗盆中, 倒入2杯水, 将雞放架上, 蓋上錫纸, 焗1小時
之後取走錫紙, 再焗1小時, 其間要将雞反轉.
( 焗雞時間, 25分鐘/500g )
